What to Expect
Step 1: Initial Contact
Tell us about your home: location, approximate age, what concerns you, and what you want to achieve. We ask a few questions and schedule a site visit.
Step 2: On-Site Assessment
We walk the property with you, documenting the condition of your logs, chinking, and finish. This takes 30–60 minutes depending on the size and complexity of your home.
Step 3: Written Proposal
Within 48 hours, you receive a detailed proposal with our findings, recommended scope of work, timeline, and fixed pricing.
Step 4: Schedule Your Project
If you decide to move forward, we'll get you on the schedule. During peak season (June–August), lead times can be 4–6 weeks. Spring and fall often have more availability.
